Julia Neuberger is an artist, art teacher and economist. She studied fine arts in New York City at Columbia University, in Paris at École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-arts (both exchange programs) and in Berlin at Universität der Künste, where she finished her studies of fine arts and was appointed as Meisterschülerin (MFA with honors) by Prof. Dr. Hito Steyerl. She completed her education with a Bachelor of Arts in economic sciences at the Friedrich-Alexander Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg with a major in business administration and the Second State Examination for teaching art profession at secondary school in Bavaria. The artworks of Julia Neuberger have been exhibited in New York City, Berlin, Munich, Leipzig, Salzburg and Årjäng.
